ISU Processed Meat Short Courses Scholarship and Research Fund

Scholarship Administration: Recipients shall be majoring in animal science, meat science, food science or a related field. Recipients shall demonstrate a specific interest in meat science or meat processing, as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate and graduate class standing. This scholarship may be renewed for an additional three (3) years so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria. Research Award: Student research projects must demonstrate significant benefit to the participating student, providing applicable research experience in the areas of meat science and/or meat processing.
