George N. Heald, Nellie Stromer Heald and Joyce Heald Simpson Scholarship in Agronomy

In awarding the George N. Heald, Nellie Stromer Heald and Joyce Heald Simpson Scholarship in Agronomy and Human Sciences (on even years to the College of Human Sciences and on odd years to the Department of Agronomy), first preference shall be given to students transferring from a community college, and second preference shall be given to first-generation students.
