Marie and Binford Spencer International Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled at Iowa State University. Preference shall be given to students who have made a commitment or demonstrated a commitment to enhance African, Caribbean, Latin American, Middle Eastern or European culture and/or studies, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.

All scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year, but may be renewed one additional year upon application.
