Webster Manufacturing Endowed Engineering Scholarship

The award shall be open to students who are: a) Industrial Engineering majors b) Residents of Iowa c) United States citizens d) Individuals who will normally not qualify for awards on the criteria of financial need, ethnicity, or G.P.A. (i.e. low family income, ethnic race, or mentally gifted talents should not be criteria for the award).
