Cedric L. Hall Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Recipients shall show high academic achievement. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. First preference shall be given to students from Woodbury County, Iowa. Second preference shall be given to students from northwest Iowa. Recipients shall be of sophomore or higher class standing.
