David and Carole Rush Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall be members of the Theta Chi fraternity as determined by the administering authority. In the event there are no qualified applicants who meet the criteria listed above, recipients shall be selected in the following order: a. First preference shall be given to students enrolled in the College of Engineering, who have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale and are members of Theta Chi fraternity as determined by the administering authority. b. Second preference shall be given to applicants who are enrolled in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, who have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale who are members of the Society of Women Engineers or Women in Science and Engineering and members of a sorority as determined by the administering authority. c. Third preference shall be given to applicants who are enrolled in the College of Engineering, who have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale who are members of the Society of Women Engineers or Women in Science and Engineering and members of a sorority as determined by the administering authority. d. Fourth preference shall be given to applicants who are enrolled in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering who have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.9 on a 4.0 scale. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
