Elmer Lundberg Scholarship in Horticulture

Recipients shall be majoring in Horticulture with an emphasis in Greenhouse Management. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Preference shall be given to those students demonstrating significant financial need. This scholarship shall be made available to undergraduate students with sophomore class standing or higher. This scholarship may be renewed for an additional two (2) years so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.

The Donor would like a minimum of $1,000 awarded each year. If the endowment does not produce enough to award a minimum of $1,000 each year funds will be disinvested from the endowment to supplement the spending allocation. The Donor would like these awards to be of significant benefit to recipients and asks that one scholarship be awarded each year rather than several smaller awards
