William C. and Joan T. Tobin Tau Kappa Epsilon Scholarship

Recipients shall be active members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Recipients shall demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, as evidenced by active participation in extracurricular activities which involves directing actions, holding office, chairing committees, and/or receipt of awards. Examples of extracurricular activities include leadership involvement in recognized student organizations, professional organizations, or community service. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average at or above the all men’s fraternity average GPA at Iowa State University. Recipients shall be of sophomore, junior, or senior class standing. Scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.

The Donors would like these scholarships to be meaningful and impactful for the recipients and request that initially one (1) scholarship be awarded annually. Additional scholarships may be awarded when Distributions grow to a level to award additional scholarships without diminishing the significance of the award.
