Del and Mary Kay Bowden Opportunity Award

Recipients shall be incoming freshmen from Buchanan County, Iowa. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall demonstrate challenging family background. If there are no qualified applicants from Buchanan County, then a qualified applicant from another county in Iowa shall be awarded the scholarship.
