Elmer Kaser Tau Kappa Epsilon Sophomore Award

Recipients shall be active members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Recipients shall be of sophomore class standing. Scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
