James A. McIlrath Society Award

Recipients shall be members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. This award shall be made available to students of junior and senior class standing.

Administration: Should the Epsilon Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon lose good standing, become inactive at Iowa State University for a period of more than two (2) years, or become permanently inactive, this Account shall be used to provide scholarships to students majoring in chemical engineering in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Iowa State University, with consultation from Ann McIlrath Drake and/or the Donor’s successors as identified in section VI.
