Doug Harms New ISU Student Award

Recipients shall be active members of Epsilon Chapter, Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Recipients shall be of freshman class standing or transfer students. Scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
