Clark Family Engineering Endowment

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average that is in the top fifty percent (50%) of the class as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall have a minimum credit load of nine (9) credit hours per semester, the equivalent of three-quarter time enrollment unless students have less than nine (9) credit hours to complete their degree. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Preference shall be given to students who are residents of the State of Illinois or the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior and senior class standing, and to transfer students with at least one (1) year of satisfactory credits from community colleges or other accredited institutes.
