Academic Program for Excellence (APEX) Scholarship Application

The Academic Program for Excellence (APEX) is an eight-week academic program for a select number of multiracial students in the summer prior to their first year at ISU. As an APEX scholar, students get a head start on the skills needed to smoothly transition to ISU while also earning up to eight college credits through small classes and specialized academic support. In order to be considered for the APEX program, applicants must:
1. Be a graduating high school senior
2. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
3. Identify as Black/African American, Asian American, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Latinx, American Indian/Alaskan Native or Multicultural.
