Dr. James K. Cable PCC Overlay Scholarship

Recipient shall be pursuing a M. S. or a PH.D. in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering.
Recipient’s graduate work shall have an emphasis in Applied Portland Cement Concrete Overlay field construction research.
First preference shall be given to students with a concrete paving construction background and an interest in teaching or working in the concrete paving industry in Iowa or surrounding states.
Second preference shall be given to students with demonstrated financial need.
This award shall be made available to students of graduate class standing.
