Bonnie Glatz Scholarship in Food Science and Human Nutrition
Recipients shall be majoring in Food Science and Human Nutrition in a curriculum that requires coursework in food microbiology. First preference shall be for students with demonstrated financial need. Second preference shall be for students with demonstrated desire and success in pursuing a career in food science with an emphasis on food microbiology or safety. Third preference shall be given to students of senior class standing. This award shall be made available to students of junior and senior class standing.
