Roderick Seward/Flossie Ratcliffe/Helen M. Galloway Foundation Scholarship - Incoming Freshmen

Scholarship shall be for students enrolled in good standing in the College of Engineering, Iowa State University. The Scholarship shall be for the exclusive benefit of students who are graduates of a public high school in the State of Iowa; and, the scholarship shall be for students in financial need of scholarship assistance to continue their education in the College of Engineering. To the extent possible, priority for the granting of scholarships initially to any recipient shall be given to those students with grade point averages of between 2.5 and 3.5 (either in high school or enrolled in the College of Engineering). It is the express intent of the Galloway Foundation to assist those students of engineering that are from public high school backgrounds and those enrolling or existing students with grade point averages between 2.5 to 3.5.
