Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies in the College of Human Sciences. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall show academic achievement. Recipients shall demonstrate leadership skills. Recipients shall be of undergraduate class standing.
