Dr. Steve Healy Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in a food production animal or mixed animal program, with preference for those enrolled in the food production animal program, as determined by the administering authority.

2. Recipients shall have verified financial need as determined by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.

3. Recipients meeting the above criteria shall be selected in the following order of preference as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:

a) Students from Dubuque or Jones counties in Iowa.
b) Students from Clayton, Delaware, Linn, Jackson, Johnson, Cedar, or Clinton counties in Iowa.
c) Students who are residents of Iowa.

This award shall be made available to students of VM3 or VM4 class standing.
