Stephanie Mercier Endowed Graduate Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Economics graduate program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and making good progress toward completion of a Ph.D.
2. First preference shall be given to students who are female as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
3. Second preference shall be given to students who are residents of one of the following U.S. states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, or Wisconsin, as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
