Robert J. Waters Memorial Fund: Spring Semester Scholarships

Recipients must be a sophomore, junior or senior majoring in Political Science with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Recipients shall have an interest in and commitment to public service and shall demonstrate an interest in furthering one or more of the following goals: providing universal and high-quality health care; achieving human or civil rights, eradicating poverty or hunger; protecting the environment; attaining a strong system of accessible public education; or improving domestic or global governance.
