Robert J. Waters Memorial Scholarship: Spring Semester Scholarships

1. Recipients shall be majoring in political science.
2. Recipients shall be participating in a study abroad experience as determined by the administering authority.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Preference shall be given to students that have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.

Administration: The Donor requests that each recipient provide a thank you note describing how the study abroad experience will enhance their educational experience. The Donor would like to receive notification from the administering authority annually of the scholarships awarded.
