Miles Family Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Recipients shall be residents of the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. First preference shall be given to students enrolled in the Department of Aerospace Engineering. Second Preference shall be given to female and underrepresented minority students as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed for one (1) additional year at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
