E. Floyd Bell and Viola Rheam Bell Scholarship

Awards are offered to full-time incoming first-year students enrolled at Iowa State University. Selection is based on financial need and academic achievement. Scholarship may be renewed for an additional three (3) years so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
