Recipients shall be studying a foreign language in the Department of World Languages and Cultures. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need and have average or above average grades. Recipients shall include foreign language majors who wish to teach and wish the experience of improving their language in a country where the language is spoken, foreign language majors who wish to travel in a foreign country which speaks the language they are studying, or practice teachers in foreign languages. Current students with a major or minor in the Department of World Languages and Cultures must apply for scholarships via the recommended Department of World Languages and Cultures Scholarships Opportunity in OneApp.
