Ralph and Agnes Dostal 4-H Scholarship

The Iowa 4-H Youth Department shall be responsible for the selection of recipients based on the criteria outlined in paragraph six and for the distribution of funds. The award shall be open to ISU undergraduate students with preferences being given to former Iowa 4-H’ers.
